Momotaro - 14oz Herringbone Type II Modified Jacket - Indigo
We've lusted over this piece for months and it's finally here. We really only ever get a glimpse at herringbone selvedge when it's in an overdye or "double-dyed" fabric. This one is just your classic 14oz selvedge...but the herringbone makes it so much more. The stripes the herringbone creates are a fader's dream. It also makes an otherwise casual piece a little more dressy. This fabric is created by running the twill in different directions to make that v pattern. This is a right-hand and left-hand twill all in one. It's also got some killer battle stripes.

Fit Notes: We find these fit pretty true to size. Shop owner Tommy is wearing a 40 in the pictures. There's plenty of room in the chest and body. If you're uncertain, size up once. It never hurts to have a little extra room in a denim jacket meant for layering. Tommy is our standard fit model and normally wears a 42 or Large from most Japanese brands. He is 5'10", 165lbs with a 40" chest.
